Academic Exchange (Bhutan → Japan)
We identify Bhutanese candidates for Master's programs at Chiba Tech and support them through recruitment, application, and the move to Japan. Scholarships flow through Chiba Tech and its grantors; Dabtong House handles the in-country side.

Bhutan AI Community
Meet-ups, study groups, and events around agentic coding for builders in Bhutan. Most recently, Dabtong House supported Henkaku Center's blockchain bootcamp and hackathon in Thimphu by sponsoring Claude accounts for participants.

No. 04 With MIT Center for Bits and AtomsOngoing
Voxels with MIT CBA
A small Bhutan thread inside Neil Gershenfeld's cross-institutional voxel research group at the MIT Center for Bits and Atoms. Long-running, infrastructural research on programmable, discretely-assembled matter.

No. 05 For Chiba Tech in BhutanActive
In-Country Operational Infrastructure
Dabtong House holds the in-country bank account, sponsors work visas for staff, and provides the legal vehicle that lets Chiba Tech operate as a partner inside Bhutan. Unglamorous, structurally essential.
